This policy explains what personal information Scaleline Marketing ("we", "us") collects through scalelineagencies.com, why, and what your rights are. We're the data controller for this information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

01. Who we are

Scaleline Marketing provides Meta advertising, website and SEO services to businesses in the UK. Contact us about anything in this policy at beau@scalelineagencies.com or on 07821 868173.

02. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.
• Emails and calls: whatever you choose to send or tell us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

03. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you'd like, to prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To keep a record of our conversations and run our business — our legitimate interests.
• To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interests.

We won't add you to a mailing list or sell your information. We won't contact you about anything unrelated to your enquiry unless you ask us to.

04. Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Formspree — receives enquiry form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
• Google Workspace — our email.
• Google Fonts — serves the typeface used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.

05. How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and for 6 years afterwards for tax and legal records. If you don't, we delete enquiry details within 24 months of our last contact.

06. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to transfer it to you or someone else. Email beau@scalelineagencies.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113 — but please talk to us first so we can try to put it right.

We'll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
